Making a detox doesn’t mean something scary. We give you 10 steps to follow to help you create a healthier routine and keep your body detoxified.

1. Start every single morning with a glass of Lemon Water.  Besides nourishing the body, balance the pH and helps the digestion.

3. 30 minutes of exercise per day is enough to keep a healthy mind and body.

4. Eat and cook at home more often. At home, you can have the total control over the ingredients and the recipes, but that doesn’t mean occasionally you can’t go out.
