The Stair Exercise

You don’t need to spend money on a gym to keep your body exercised. The stairs of your building, of the street or of the park are perfect places to exercise and enjoy the spring sunbeams.

Climbing stairs due to the high degree of muscle strengthening are perfect to improve cardiovascular fitness and still have high caloric expenditure.

It’s important to be careful with the posture while exercising, to prevent injuries. The torso must be always straight, and if using a device, avoid leaning too much on it, as this reduces effort and may increase spinal compression.
