No stress

With the restlessness of new year, the cold and rainy days not giving truces, the stress starts kicking in. We teamed up 5 tips to keep up with it!

1. When everything is looking grey and looks like nothing goes right take a step back and think if in a few years this will make any difference, 90% of times the answer will be no. Start taking a step away to get perspective and think about the adversities, sometimes is not worth it to worry, you are just stressing yourself out.

2. You are not a superhero. Keep your expectations real! High, but real! We think we can manage everything, but sometimes we need to be realistic and understand that the day has only 24 hours. Start prioritising things!

3. Give yourself time to think and rest. Is very important to understand when to stop, and allowing you time for that.

4. Start thinking why you are stressing out. Think about your feelings, start writing down how you feel, write it down it will help you take it out of your head.

5. Lastly, motivate yourself, think about positive things. If you are nervous about something believe in yourself and think “I can do this!”, if you believe it everyone will believe it!!
